Need a reason to get in shape and stay on track? Get paid to exercise! Train 3 times per week for 3 months and take home $100 cash.

1. Each individual must train three times per week for three consecutive months with an approved Exercise Authorities personal trainer at an approved training location.

2. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.

3. You must train three days a week NO EXCUSES!

4. Appointments are to be pre-scheduled Monday thru Friday 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

5.  No other discounts or offers apply.

6.  After successful completion of rule number one, you will receive a check for $100 within 30 days.

7.  Every participant is required to fill out a health and fitness liability waiver & informed consent form.

8.  Should the participant fail to train 3 times per week at any given time, we will begin a new phase once a full week of three completed sessions has been fulfilled.
