Total Number of Calories

Specific Grams of Protein, Carbohydrate and Fats. Each plan includes an "At a Glance" Grocery List.

We will meet for an initial consultation to talk about your current eating habits, and how your daily life will allow you to eat (on the run, in the office etc.)

After the plan is developed it will be sent in a PDF document so you can print it out and refer to it as needed.
