Competition Prep Nutritional Plans
These plans are designed and adjusted weekly for those who are taking their fitness to a very specific degree.
Unlike the weight loss and general health nutritional plan, this plan will incorporate VERY strict measures and possible caloric reductions and specific food restrictions to acquire the phsique required to compete in bodybuilding, figure and fitness competitions.
We will correspond weekly via e-mail to constantly update and modify the nutrients consumed to achieve the physique required for your competition.
